Thermal Dye Encapsulation

Unlike standard flatbed UV direct-to-metal printers that spray ink onto cold metal, dye sublimation turns pigment into gas under 400°F pressure, baking it deep into the polymer coating.

The cured surface is non-porous and can be cleaned with standard microfiber cloth and glass cleaner without harming the artwork, perfect for coastal, mountain, and commercial environments.
