Artist seller
When purchasing a photographer print, the artist/photographer is the seller of record for that order.
Payment routing
Customer print order payments are intended to route to the photographer's connected Stripe account. The platform takes no commission on print sales.
Support expectations
Customer service, refunds, and reprint decisions are handled by the photographer seller, with platform workflow tools available for support.
